Every time we go to this place, we have had a bad experience whether they lose the order-tell you your order is ready and when you go to pick up it hasn’t even been put in the oven! Would not recommend!!

Tried to order online and the coupon on the website front page (2 or more 6.99 ea) after clicking on the coupon the app says this coupon is not available. So they expect to lure customers with the value of a coupon, then make you pay full price. That was enough for me to never shop here again. Good riddance and good luck.

This place is a joke. I've been waiting for an hr and a half on my order and not to mention the awful attitudes from the workers. I will NOT EVER be coming back or sending family and friends here again.
Terribly slow service. I just canceled my order. When I placed my order online it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. An hour goes by and my order hasn't even been started yet. I was told it would be another 45 minutes until my order was ready. Changes definitely need to be made to this location.

I have been coming to dominos for years. This one has been great since they opened in town. But recently I learned my child has a gluten intolerance. I was able to order a gluten free pizza. The person who made my pizza let me know he was careful about how it was cut, so there was no cross contamination. I was extremely grateful to him. Would recommend

I rarely eat out and I realize why. While store and staff were fine but what happened to the food. Just like every other restaurant, fast food, everything is half of what you used to get. Where was the sauce, cheese. A Med is size of small. It is sad to see what has happened to every industry. Patrons get shafted, pay more for far less and less quality.
11-15 mins for a pizza.. better place your order 3 hours in advance. Every time we have ordered here there is constantly an excuse of why it's not ready yet even when you give them and extra 20 mins on your pickup. Pizza good once you get it but holy hell it's literally every time

I ordered my pizza online. The special was for pick up only. The online site told me that the pizza would be ready in 14 - 19 minutes . I arrived to Domino's around 25 minutes from order time to be told that it was going to be another 40 minutes before it was ready. Needless to say I cancelled the order. How am I supposed to know when to pick up the pizza? Need more individualized times posted if a site is really busy at the time.

We ordered our food over the phone when we picked it up. We get down the road to look in the inside and there’s hardly any sauce any chicken and any pasta in our chicken Alfredo pasta and both boxes take it back there and inform her of the issue, she gets an attitude and then tells me that she can only remake the food and then says I have to have the other box back and I said you can have it back in gloves, she was tossing pizza dough in the air with her bare hands. The other guys were taking pizzas in and out of the oven with no gloves and cutting our pizza or cutting other peoples pizza with no gloves I think this place is that our bodies we have no clue what kind of germs or diseases those people have , better Domino’s Pizza Gilmer Texas Tx
