Sad but had to come back and say that Domino's Pizza on Estes parkway in Texas is the worst place ever to get pizza or pasta bowls. They do not give refunds of money when they should. They have a call center that you have to go through which thoroughly makes you want to hang up and pull your hair out and call Pizza Hut. The food is nasty why would I want them to remake my order? That's all they offer. I am totally done with Domino's Pizza on Estes parkway or any other place. Domino's Pizza is the worst ever,.... Pizza Hut is the best!

Made a pickup order on the app. When I arrived there were 2 people in line ahead of me. I stood there 5 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. A few minutes later I asked the 2 people in front of me if they had been helped yet and the guy in front of me said he has been standing there 20 min but had been helped. The first guy in line had yet to be able to order his pizza and never was able to. So after standing for 10 minutes the girl boxing pizza asked one of the 2 guys making pizza to help up front because now there are 5 of us in line. They both ignored her or didn't hear her because they had headphones on. So I ask who is going to be handing out orders because my pizza has been ready since before I arrived and is getting cold. I was ignored by everyone. So I asked again and was still ignored. I don't know if the employees were in an argument with each other or what but this location seems to be worse and worse with each visit. I spend at least $60 a trip and come often. No apologies for the wait or a we'll be right with you nothing.

Called them to get a delivery not even a half mile away. Online service was not working so I called was on hold for 20 something minutes with no answer. Was on 830 pm. If they would have answered i would have picked it up . Called about 6 times before waiting on. Hold.

uhm absolutely terrible!!!!!! we placed a future order here for dinner, & when we weren’t able to make it on time, we called, & they refused to change the time on the order. this is absolutely absurd. i worked at a pizza place for many years and when customers called to let us know they were going to be late and needed to change the time, we just did it. to be told no???? bc you want me to have cold food? uh no. never going here again, terrible. terrible. absolutely the worst dominoes. i order here quite often to. not anymore.
My pizza came out perfect. It was cut the way I wanted it, square cut, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I was welcomed upon entering the door, and thanked before leaving. John took care of me. I will definitely be back!

They 9 out of 10 times her the order right. Which is fantastic. Sometimes the cheese bowl( my absolute favorite is overdone, and the pepperoni cheese bread doesn't have enough cheese pepperoni and cooked about 3 min too long. But.. it's Friday night so I'm sure they were super busy doing their best. Their best is 9 out of 10.. good odds considering other restaurants around here that don't even bother to read the orders much less get them right. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS WHAT THIS DOMINOS IS ALL ABOUT. HANDS DOWN BEST DOMINO'S IN LONGVIEW !!!
