Don’t recommend. Placed an online order for 2 hours prior to picking up. I arrive 5 minutes before pizza is due and was told it would be about 5-10 minutes before. As soon as I was given my order wings had hardly any sauce and I was missing 1 pizza. Lady said pizza had to be remade. It is now 30 minutes past the pickup time and have now wait 10 minutes. This location needs more employees or close down. I do not recommend coming here.

I ordered my food at 5:44 pm, i stay 10 minutes up the road from them. I never recieved my order and when i called them the second time to tell them i was waiting an hour and fifteen, now almost half an hour and i was instantly put on hold then after two more minutes they hung up on me. Never got my food, never got a refund. And on top of that when i would try and report an issue it said my order was complete when in fact it was not.

Completely Ridiculous.... I sit waiting so long for my pizza that was suppose to be ready that a police officer comes & asks what the problem is... Shining his flashlight in my face & all inside my car... After getting harassed by the police I still had to call Dominos about my order .. which they still had a problem finding their way to the only red vehicle in the near entire vacant parking lot.... DO BETTER DOMINO'S, or Let LPD do your carside deliveries if you're going to be slacking.

Sooo upset with y’all my order was placed at 9:07 quality check was 9:21 out for delivery in 6 minutes I didn’t receive my pizza till almost 10:30 and I stay 15 minutes away, I called 10 to 20 times they never answered the phone I was thinking they didn’t have a driver so my husband went up there to pick it up while there they said my order didn’t go through but that they had a lot of orders going out I asked my husband to ask her to call their delivery driver and she didn’t so I said well cancel the order as soon as it was cancelled I got a notification but remind you she said it didn’t come through so 10 minutes later I get a call from the delivery driver saying he was out front, I guess he was joy riding because I was to receive my pizza within 6 to 10 minutes should had been delivered at 9:30 but didn’t receive it till 10:20 a whole 40 something minutes if you would of just answered the phone and had communication this could had been avoided, so I’ll accept this free pizza, just answer the phones avoid miscommunication

I really hope this one gets noticed.. the two gentlemen (did not get their names) that took my order/made my order around 7/7:30 on 8-13-25… hands down provided the best and most professional experience I’ve ever gotten from a domino’s. They are what makes or breaks truly good experiences!!!!

There was music blasting very inappropriate and the men in the store were cursing and the young boy said he was the big manager when I know he wasn’t I watched my pizza fall infront of me while I was there because they all went to the back and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be made and they gave me a free pizza with the charge of mine but the pizza was extremely old I recommend new managers this was on August 7th and also I seen them dig through the treys and one of the employees said this smells like it’s been here since this morning this was absolutely disgusting someone needs to investigate this place and it reeked of marijuana from the guy worker

The staff and pizza are wonderful. Im so grateful they carry gluten-free crust now! There was a delay in my order but they were so nice and communicated well with me. I really appreciated them tonight! Thank y'all!
This place is seriously the best! They're always hot & fresh, super fast order-to-delivery time and really nice and my order has never been wrong. I order from this location at least once a week and will never order anywhere else for pizza!

Absolutely disgusted with this Dominoes. We have ordered pizza from them for 8 years and never really had a problem but tonight we got the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had.it said online Patrice made it. I called up there and got told well I don’t know why everyone is picking our store but we got 50 pizza orders and that’s why the pizza was messed up. Then a smart ass manager got on and started saying I’m going to put u a little 25 dollar credit on there after we ordered 62.72 dollars worth of food that we can’t even eat. 5 pizzas and a cheesy pepperoni bread. The bread had no cheese on it. The spinach on one of the pizzas smelled rotten and the pepperoni pizzas were supposed to be extra cheese and pepperoni and they weren’t. The pizzas tasted like they were made early this morning and reheated. Completely stale and everyone knows what a tough stale pizza dough taste like but manager said he knew they weren’t so he’s just going to give me a little 25 dollar credit then hung up.i know pizzas are greasy but our box was literally wet and flimsy with grease.I’ve never once complained about this location in nearly nine years but after today I will never go back and corporate should do something about the little smart ass people working up there. It’s not my fault y’all are busy. It’s literally your job to make pizza! I don’t have the option to post my pics on here for some reason.

Hi, I want to share my opinion on the pizza that I got from Domino’s. I gave five stars to it all because the food is perfect. I got my pizza and I was like oh my God, the Pizza was well put together. It wasn’t falling apart. I could pick up each slice and eat it and nothing is falling off of it or falling apart or anything. It’s very well put together and it’s really good. I just needed to say something about that. The guys were really cool. They were really nice. I didn’t have to wait long. I followed the Domino’s tracker and it was ready when it said it was ready and a guy help me who was making the pizza and he was able to give me my pizza right away. Keep it up guys. I don’t even live here in Longview. I’m actually just visiting and passing through and I wanted a pizza with my favorite toppings and it turned out to be an amazing pizza.
