So we go often and today was the first time my son and I got a terrible drink. Both were brown ( think she forgot the milk ) and we both got a sick feeling. I was super dissapointed. We get the same drink everytime but something was off today .

I don’t get to get coffee outside of the house often. We got a gift card and I was so so excited to finally get a coffee. I sent my husband and the dude at the window got confused because my husband said chiller instead of chilled. Now I have this nasty iced coffee I feel like it’s waisted. It’s so nasty. I hate iced coffee. No one said iced. No one said milkshake. I wanted a chilled drink. I’m so frustrated

Every single member of the staff is fantastic! Everyone I've ever interacted with, especially Bree, are friendly and fun to speak to! This is a favorite Dutch Bros location for me and I don't plan to quit coming! Oh, and the coffees are delicious!
