I went through the drive through this past Friday and i wanted to say how great an employee, Emmalee not only was she the sweetest every she made my drinks so good and had a nice attitude even though they were busy so I'm giving her a 5 star and i will be coming back to this amazing Dutch bros.

Waited 10 minutes in line for someone to take our order. Only one car in front of us - saw one girl inside making drinks and the other girl leaning halfway out the window to talk to what I’m guessing was her boyfriend or a friend the entire time. We even asked if she would come take our order and she just said “their drinks were being made”. Needless to say we left. I get we all have personal lives & I’m guessing they probably weren’t busy prior to us coming, so I understand finishing up your conversation. But window girls attitude & behavior was unprofessional. Talking is fine, but next time take care of your customers first - that’s what you get paid to do.

Was really excited to try DB for the first time a couple of weeks ago. No waiting at the drive thru and the employee who took my order was very nice. However, I ordered a large Annihilater and it tasted like coffee with cream, no sweetener. I did ask for the sugar free option, but I have coffee syrups at home that are sugar free, but still have a ton of flavor. Unfortunately I was already down the Loop on my way to an appointment when I took my first sip, otherwise I would have gone back. Very disappointing ?
Love it! The only place you can get white coffee!
