You have to try the White Queso here only the best ever all around. My drive from Dallas well worth it!!!! The owners are amazing down to earth family people. Book your private parties there well worth it. My best friend 🧔 had her 60th here. Customer service is the best ever. Jason our server was the Best!!!!

Never got that far.
Was treated with total disrespect from the moment my family and I were seated. Asked to speak to manager, and never saw or spoke to manager
Never will I step into this establishment again.

Came in for lunch our waitress was phenomenal but the food was very mediocre for such a high price. This chimichanga was 16.50 with a small bowl of beans.

El Sombrero is one of my favorite places to eat, so of course I had to have them cater my wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, and their communication and service were fantastic. I even got to have my favorite waiter come Justin, along with the wonderful Mari! The owner, Mike, was amazing—I found out afterward that he even helped clean up a leak in our bridal cabin.

Top-notch service and incredible food! They always go above and beyond. Even my family from out of town is already asking where they can get those enchiladas!

This is the 2nd time I've been there. I ordered a different item which was nachos. They were actually horrible. The chips were so tough I could barely bite them. The topping was ok so I just ate that. Maybe they were heated up in the microwave? Their Chili sauce is horrible. I enjoyed the chips and hot sauce. Service was ok. Waitress was extremely busy so we really didn't get any service except here's your food, one refill on drinks and the check. My guest couldn't even eat her food. Crunchy taco was soggy and had absolutely no crunch. We will tell our friends to experience it yourself. We on the other hand will not waste our money. No we did not complain we just paid and left. Prices were normal. Just like all the other places. Mexican Music was way too loud. That's my review. Not going back!!

Went to eat tonight and waited over an hour for our food. The manager came out and said they don’t care that we waited so long. No apologies, just an attitude with the questions ā€œwell was your food wrong?ā€ In the section we were in there were only 2 other tables with only 2 people at each. Such bad customer service. My fajita vegetables were still raw. They should be ashamed in the way the management runs this establishment.

Wow! My first time here and it is THE BEST Mexican food! Their white queso is without a doubt, the best! Their salsa paired beautifully with all of the food!

If I could give zero stars for service I would!!!!
Our waitress literally could not have paid less attention to us if she tried. Took 15 minutes for our drinks to come, she took our order (while watching the tv behind us, not even giving her attention) and then didn’t come back until I had to ask for the bill. She didn’t deliver the food and never asked if we needed anything.
Food is WAY too expensive for what it is. It is definitely more Tex Mex than it is authentic Mexican. Husbands tacos were literally chicken and tortilla. No cheese, no toppings, no limes and we couldn’t even ask for any because our waitress never came over, but she made sure to stop at the older couples table beside us EVERY time she walked by.
Then the bill came. They use the little electronic kiosk to pay by card and there’s not a lower tip option than 18%. Our service did NOT deserve an 18% tip and we didn’t even have an option to not tip.
Very disappointing, we will not be back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Have eaten here in the past and it was great, this time is by far some of the worst food I’ve ever put in my mouth, we ordered tamales that tasted 2 days old, steak fajitas that enough cumin to stock a shelf - the peppers and onions were barely cooked and tasted terrible. The rice was defiantly re constituted from yesterday and the beans were liquid baby food, my nephews burrito deluxe was nothing but beans - the quac tasted like nothing but purĆ©ed avocado with lime juice in it. The best part of the meal was the Coca Cola. The service manager was absolutely rude as can be and rolled her eyes when opinions expressed. I have been a chef for 25 years and I know when food is not fresh. Will not go back ever again.

Loved this place since it opened 25 years ago! And moving locations have had no effect in the quality or taste. Still the best white queso I have ever tasted!

This place…is AMAZING. I got the Birria tacos, and they are enlightenment. Table gripping, eye rolling, mouth watering. 10/10. Also our waiter was chill.
