If you are looking for truly authentic Mexican food, El Taquito is your spot. We tried the tacos and gorditas. Deshebrada or shredded pork with red sauce, I learned, is a must try!! The shrimp cocktail looks great and was a huge portion along with the soups. The two things I want to try next time.

We usually eat there every weekend, but the quality of the Sopes has really went down. The vegetables are not fresh. Our hot sauce was bubbling like it was spoiled. So we haven't been back.

My new taco stop!!! Close to the house, friendly, quality, all for a great price. It will not disappoint. $2 a taco still exists here.
