Great food. Have been very happy with everything I’ve ordered. Sushi rolls can be a bit pricey, but not outside what is reasonable. Sweet and spicy chicken is very very good.

The food was amazing, and the portion sizes were great for the price! I had the lunch special and chose the chicken bulgogi, kimchi fried rice, broccoli, and the soup of the day was miso soup. The lunch special is $9.99 and the portion size is huge! I also ordered the spider roll and really liked it as well, and I'm pretty picky about my sushi. Also there are no filters on my photos, that's just how amazing the food looked (plus the lighting in there was great).
*Edit: I came back and tried more sushi rolls and attached more pictures! One is a snow ball with spicy crab and the other is the surf and turf with beef bulgogi.

Was in Longview for a trip, girlfriend and I were hungry and looking at places in the area and while browsing we saw this place, the photos online looked delicious and we just had to come by and try it. When we arrived the location was very inviting and cozy with decent seating and a nice atmosphere. The young woman at the front was very polite and helpful in ordering and gave us great recommendations for our dinner. We had the Bulgogi Bao Buns for an appetizer and we each got an Evergreen Box as our entree, and it was all absolutely delicious. If you live in Longview and haven't been here or are stopping by Longview for business, leisure, or anything of the sort, I would highly recommend going to Evergreen Food Factory!

Everything I’ve tried here is fantastic. Any of their deopbap are wonderful, the kimchi is refreshing, and prices are reasonable. Oh and no servers so that helps cut down on cost! One of my favorite local spots for sure.

I ordered the cream cheese rangoons and oh my gosh! So good! The sauce that came with it was chefs kiss! I also got the sweet and spicy chicken with kimchi rice - to die for ! I also got spicy tuna roll - I cannot begin to tell you how good everything was. So much too at a great price !!!!!

Make no mistake this place is always packed because it is so good! But the tables are not kept clean due to the turnover. 2 trips 2 sticky tables
