Honestly the food is super tasty, but as someone who is allergic to hot peppers & sweet peppers, finding something on a Korean menu is always hard for me. Got a poke bowl, it was okay. I'd asked if the smoked salmon bowl came with anything spicy, like spicy crab, because I'm allergic. It came out with spicy crab. Fortunately, poke bowls are pretty well divided, so I could just avoid the crab. Still sad about it, though.
Staff was wonderful and friendly, even if the order wasn't right.
The place itself is delightful to be in, they play food making videos on the tvs, and it's all around a nice place. However, everyone knows this, so it's packed at mealtimes. Hard to hear your friend if there's 50 people crammed into one large room.

Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies, make sure to insist on any customizations and follow through if it's done wrong.

Parking: A small lot with space for about 30 cars, if you go at mealtime, expect to park in the adjacent lot (which is basically the same one, no big deal)

Great place, was very helpful in ordering and the price point is ridiculous got so much food for $30 . My grandmother and I had to fried rice with kimchi macaroni salad and a veggie roll. I had left over for 2 days and everything was great!! I'll definitely go back

Very yummy! I love their fried Korean cheese dogs and their sauces and their sweet and spicy bulgogi! The service was very attentive and kind, kept you informed on your order and were prompt to deliver to you. Didn’t know they had this place in Longview, will be back!

Vegetarian options: Dishes can be ordered without meat and some dishes contain no meat.

Parking: Quite a big space for parking.

Delicious, healthy, and affordable. Plenty of vegan options, and excellent vibe. I love the Spicy Tofu Deopbap, and my girlfriend loves the Chicken Fried Rice. Great spot!

The woman at the front counter was doing 500 things at once, packaging to go orders, ignoring us, and insisting that “sometimes chicken is white and sometimes chicken is brown” and that she didn’t know what they served. The rest of the kitchen stood idly by, looking bored. As a result, all 3 of our orders were blatantly incorrect, and they were rather rude in correcting the order. Disappointed.

Evergreen Food Factory is hands down my family’s favorite restaurant in Longview. The food is always fresh and flavorful. My favorite is the Sweet & Spicy Chicken. The service is friendly and prompt, and the restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and inviting, with a charming atmosphere and nice outdoor patio. You order at the counter, take a seat, and they bring your meal to you—super convenient! The portions are generous, the quality is top-notch, and it’s an excellent value. If you’re craving tasty food, this spot is a must-try!
