Four Free Eatery

Really good, well seasoned, healthy, made from scratch meals. I ordered a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup. My husband ordered chicken poblano chowder with corn. Both came with a mexi-muffin. Our 12 year old friend ordered The Kid’s chicken nuggets with chips, our other friend ordered the tuna melt sandwich which came with potato salad and pickles. They had fresh brewed coffee and a beverage corner with cold unsweetened tea, drinking water and other bottled drinks like LaCroix. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. We finished everything off with banana pudding. Your food is prepared right in front of you by the mastermind herself! Ingredients are fresh and healthy. A nice change from the typical. They are free of gluten, dairy and pork. Portions are a bit small so keep that in mind. Maybe add a salad? Prices are very reasonable so you can build your order accordingly. I’m so glad a friend recommended this place and that we came and tried it.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Audra really knows how to make you feel welcome. They also make delicious cold pressed juices and guilt free meals. Another great thing is they let you sample anything. Try the Jamaican me crazy juice. So yummy!

I am OBSESSED. As a person with celiac, finding a dedicated gluten-free restaurant in East Texas is nil. I was so surprised and overjoyed to have stumbled upon a Facebook post raving about Four Free! I have made multiple trips (and sent my husband for goodies multiple times) and I have always been pleased with the quality of the menu items. So far, I have tried and fallen in love with the meatloaf, no bake cookies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and churro cake. Please frequent this establishment! I love having safe, delicious options. You'll love the friendly service!

The only place in town I can take my daughter and give her free rein to order anything she wants. Longview desperately needed a place like this. Audra puts her whole heart into everything she makes and it shows. It feels like you’ve just showed up at Momma’s house and she’s ready to cook you the food you’ve been just dying for — the food your body NEEDS. After struggling with dietary restrictions for years, this place is a welcome breath of fresh air for our family.
