We ordered lunch from there today the chicken was old they sent us water instead of the drinks we order and when I tried calling to let them know I asked to speak with the manager the person who answered the phone just started talking crazy with an attitude when I was trying to tell her what the issue was we will never order from there again 😡

Tried when they first opened. Way to high for not great chicken. Priced like a steakhouse. Dont know about anything else on menu, but I have a home chicken restaurant, so havent been back. Not alot of business their either, probably bc they are so high. I live behind them so I know.

Everytime i come to Frenchy's on Scott there is a new issue. I have complained and had issue with the pricing in the past but tbis is ridiculous. I purchased a 12 piece chicken only and was charged an additional $3 because the prices in the computer changed and NOT the signage. Everyone who works there is aware of the change and fears retribution from management to resolve a customer complaint. So once again...things are different than clearly stated on the signs. $27 dollars for 12 pieces of chicken.
No sides. Just chicken.
Do you believe that your customers are not intelligent enough to understand price gouging? How much would it cost to post a sign about changes? Well hey, you have my extra $3. You can get a pack of paper and a marker from the dollar store!!!!
If we cook it they will come...been doing that for 20 plus years...just not worth it any more.
DISAPPOINTED that you would tarnish Mr Creuzot's legacy in this manner. A travesty.

I've tried to come to this place on days I would think you're open Friday and Saturday afternoon and you're closed. If Longview is not the place for you come to Tyler, I promise things will change. People in Longview love Classic and I can see why. It's better than the Tyler location. You can clean up on the North Tyler because we don't eat at the Gentry location. Williams Chicken is not even competition to Frenchys. Im thinking the Address is 1808 Gentry. B's Corner mart is its last name. It may work for you guys

I had heard alot about this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. The chicken was solid and had a good texture. The chicken was a little under season for my taste. I also had the greens and this is were things took a turn for the worse. The collards were dry and had no seasoning at all. If the collards had any seasoning in it I would have given it 4 stars.

Hey first off, I didn't get the chicken but I did get the fried catfish and that was absolutely great. The collard greens were good as well as the fried orca. I really enjoyed it.

Great fried fish and chicken as well. French fry’s are crispy. Once you go you won’t want to go anywhere else for fish it’s just that good.
