The sushi is great. I enjoy the cowboy roll and the shrimp tower. The noodles were just spaghetti noodles, miso soup tasted like exhauste fumes and the fried rice was dry and flavorless. The waitress was sweet and professional.

Sushi was amazing, but the hibachi is not Hibachi it’s a bowl of rice and a plate of meat and Spaghetti. Very very disappointing hibachi to say the least.

I have to update my previous review. While the service and atmosphere are still awesome, the food quality went down so much that we have quit going entirely. My dad spent quite a bit of money for my birthday, and the food was super low quality, cold, and the steaks were over cooked, which is especially hard to do with me since I like steak well done. So disappointing. With the cost of food here, I’m not risking another horrible dinner.

My son and I drove an hour to try this place out. The fried rice was very bland, definitely not worth an extra $2.50 each. The bento box was adequate but the California roll fell apart. The hibachi meal my son got was good but portion size was very small for the price. I ordered some teriyaki chicken to go with extra sauce. The next day, when I went to heat it up there was very little teriyaki sauce on the chicken and no extra. I had to go buy a bottle to put on it to eat it. Otherwise it did not have much flavor. The portion size was good though.

The service was outstanding!! We will not be returning. Our bill was almost $60 and it certainly was not worth that much. There is a similar place in Mt Pleasant with bigger portions and much better food and only 20 minutes away. I’ll opt to go there.

To be quite frank the main reason why im putting a one star is due to the fact that the food gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning. ? Went by yesterday and it was my first and last time going.

The food itself was alright, i ordered two types of sushi, spicy tuna and the Soho roll. Spicy tuna was alright and the Soho roll just didnt have any outstanding flavor. My boyfriend got the combination fried rice and that also lacked flavor. But again the one star isnt for the food itself. Dont know if they were having an off day or what but im pretry disappointed as I heard good things.

The server we had though was very sweet. :)

Quick review. The sushi and sashimi are great. Everything else is better trash, especially their hibachi. Again, steer clear of anything that didn't come from the ocean, or you'll regret it. Even the noodles are frustratingly awful.

We ordered the shrimp teriyaki dinner. They brought it out on a skillet. No plate. The menu did not state how served. Greasy food. Too pricey for quality of food. Love the lunch Bento box. Won't be back at dinner time.

Fuji is a great dinner spot! Our server Kevin was excellent. He was quick but patient with us while ordering, always ready with a drink refill, and very professional.
Not worth taking a star off, but the hibachi chicken is a little less flavorful than expected out of such a dish. On the other hand, the portions are huge and I almost always take a to-go box home.
Overall, the food is delicious. I highly recommend the green salad and beef gyoza.

Great food. This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in area. Prices at lunch are affordable. Dinner is a little more but worth it. Staff is friendly and fast. One can eat lunch and get back to work on time.

If you are wanting hibachi food — this is not it. The steak and chicken both looked like fake frozen meats. The fried rice was like the packages you can buy at Sam’s. None of the food had any seasonings. The salad was my favorite part. My husband enjoyed the sushi. Overall, very disappointed.
