I have always loved the sushi from Fuji. Tried the steak hibachi for the first time and could not even chew the steak. It wasn’t edible. It was hard and hard to digest- I even got the steak medium. The fried rice and noodles were bland and dry. The soup was nasty and smelled like formaldehyde. Kilgore roll was good as always. Our server was nice. Stick with the sushi and salad options. I would definitely go elsewhere for hibachi or teriyaki items.
The sushi is great. I enjoy the cowboy roll and the shrimp tower. The noodles were just spaghetti noodles, miso soup tasted like exhauste fumes and the fried rice was dry and flavorless. The waitress was sweet and professional.
