My husband had tried to do an online order and kept getting dropped for over 30 minutes so we did it the old fashioned way, wrote it down and I went in the restaurant to order at the counter. We always seem to have trouble with the apps and not getting the correct food or something is left out. I explained this to the young man at the counter and he promised it would be done right even with each order being different in some way.

Had to go back inside cause they forgot my zing sauces and also I paid for an extra roll but didn’t think about that until I already went back to my car so I said heck with it. How hard is it to read an order ?

Spent almost $ 30 and didn’t get gravy. The food was great but not having gravy was a bummer. I was already home before I knew there was no gravy. I had 3 orders together and asked for gravy for each order and got 0. Seemed like a lot of confusion going on in the business.
