Great American Cookies

I understand sometimes we get a glitch with technology and that is precisely what occurred today with my order. Most times locations just blame the technology and don't offer a solution, but today was totally different. The 3 employees on hand when I showed up to get my cookie sheet cake did their absolute best to make me a substitution in very limited time. They were amazing and very accommodating to make sure I was satisfied with the substitution we agreed upon. Thank you for owning the issue and making the customer satisfied!!!

The lady there was very rude. We asked for 2 sugar cookies with icing just on top of the cookie. Been getting this done at this location for over 10 years for our severely autistic son. She got two cookies from the counter instead, which were very thin. My husband asked if she could give us two from the case because the ones she gave us would fall apart. She argued with my husband and then told him you could have a better attitude. Very disappointed with the service. The people who used to work here were always very nice and polite. This is the second time this has happened.

Bought 4 cookies from this location. I expected large good thick cookies. They are small, thin and mushy in the middle. Soo thin you could see through them. Cookies didnt hold their shape in the bag. By the time I got home they weren't even round anymore. For $13 I'd rather go to crumbl for cookies! The employees were also all gathered in front by the register talking badly about a customer that just left. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't go here again.

The cake was poorly made!! So disappointing and upset that my daughter’s birthday cookie cake is basically ruined and the upmost UGLIEST THING IVE SEEN BY FAR! We have always done cookie cakes for all 3 of my daughters for 19 years but this one makes me not want to EVER RETURN FOR SERVICE! Very disappointed customer!

Got a cake with 4 words and a emoji. Cake definitely doesn’t look like what I expected. Words are uneven and doesn’t look good. Really angry that I paid almost $40. Biggest waste of money.

Birthday cookies are pretty great, and they have some pretty great cookies but, after going one time to maybe grab some cookies the person at the cash register took a couple seconds too long and they got yelled at. Which is just uncomfortable to witness. I was fine waiting, I didn't need the employee yelled at. I don't feel comfortable buying from a place that treats its employees like theyre just cogs that need to move faster.

got an icee and three cookies. Being through covid apple pay should be a no brainer . had a huge box for only 3 cookies rather than a small bag lol i looked crazy arrying the box . The icee cups are so cheap the paint started dripping on to my hand and on my clothes. the cookies were soggy from all the icing . just a mess and waste of money . I would of bought from the pretzel place but lord that place is so slow it only makes 2 at a time
