Got a cake with 4 words and a emoji. Cake definitely doesn’t look like what I expected. Words are uneven and doesn’t look good. Really angry that I paid almost $40. Biggest waste of money.

Birthday cookies are pretty great, and they have some pretty great cookies but, after going one time to maybe grab some cookies the person at the cash register took a couple seconds too long and they got yelled at. Which is just uncomfortable to witness. I was fine waiting, I didn't need the employee yelled at. I don't feel comfortable buying from a place that treats its employees like theyre just cogs that need to move faster.

got an icee and three cookies. Being through covid apple pay should be a no brainer . had a huge box for only 3 cookies rather than a small bag lol i looked crazy arrying the box . The icee cups are so cheap the paint started dripping on to my hand and on my clothes. the cookies were soggy from all the icing . just a mess and waste of money . I would of bought from the pretzel place but lord that place is so slow it only makes 2 at a time

My son went to pick up the cookie I had ordered for a college graduation party only to find out I had ordered it for the next Saturday! Needless to say the party was happening within a couple hours. I went straight into panic mode. The people were so nice about my obvious mistake and they assured my son they would have it ready in an hour and they did exactly that. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to save our party. It's not a party without the cookie cake! Wonderful service

The cookie was awesome. The decoration of a “yellow rubber ducky” ended up looking more like a yellow pond duck. Wish I could post a picture. The review is for the cake, the lack is due to the Art.

There was a very large gentleman at the counter who was poorly shaven and his black shirt was covered in what looked like dandruff(white stuff on entire chest and shoulders). He was leaning on the counter over the open windows of cookies. Was very disgusting and decided to not get cookies after seeing that.
