Came here today for lunch and OOOOWEEEEE was it delicious! Nicely smoked and great flavoring. Tried a little bit of everything and didn't have a single complaint about any of it. First time trying green's, and they were amazing. Pork belly was my favorite and melted right in your mouth. Brisket was juicy, and the rub was flavorful. I can't wait to come back when they have crawfish pies and boudin eggrolls.

If you are traveling I-20 between Texas and Louisiana, make this stop right off of exit 582 in Liberty City, TX. Small family owned restaurant, great service and delicious food. The Pork Belly burnt ends were soooo good! I'm not normally a greens fan but I ate these right up, the flavor was amazing! The brisket was so juicy and flavorful. Definitely will be coming back!

My opinion, Best BBQ, Brisket, Ribs, hands down. It's the only bbq my wife and u don't get indigestion from. They have a special prosses \" intentionally \" that they do to make that happen. The portions are very generous as well. Great job HCC.

A few weeks ago I stop by to grab some delicious BBQ! Well let me tell ya this. it was the most delicious BBQ I've ever had hands down the smoked sausage was on point the beans was perfect everything about this place says perfectionist quality service. Great job to all the staff it's a win win in my book will definitely be going back there.?

Everything here was great! Delicious brisket, pork belly burnt ends, boudin, and awesome potato salad. If I didn’t live 2 hours away, I’d be there once a week. Friendly folks too! Owner took time and sat with us. Made sure we were taken care off.

Got 2 Durwin sandwiches to go, the brisket was sliced ( not chopped) and very dry and tuff, buns were hard. We ended up letting the trash can have it for dinner. 2 stars for the veterans discount !! Thank you.
