I really was excited about eating at this place for the first time. My boss gets it Door Dashed a lot and her burritos and bowls have looked amazing. So, my wife and I figured going there in store would be even better. I am not trying to be rude with this review just going to state the facts.
Tucked away in a small plaza. Plenty of parking. There was one gentleman there working the line. He was very friendly. There was one lady waiting for her order and a DD driver waiting on his order. Watched the DD order get assembled and those bowls looked great. Then the guy assembled the lady's order. I noticed as he was making hers I could hear the sound of the spoon scraping out the last of the items in the qtr pans on the steam table, also a salsa pan. Started getting a bit nervous as it was only 1230pm. Figured he would be replenishing the line with additional lunch prep. He did not. Guessing lunch prep on key ingredients like chicken must have fallen short. So, I asked, and he then said they were now out of chicken. There were 2 bags of raw chicken sitting between the fryer and the grill. (Not sure how long they'd been there) That kind of disturbed me but ok.
My wife had the Barbacoa build a bowl. She did get plenty of rice, beans, and Barbacoa. He was quite generous with her ingredients that looked quite fresh. Then he added plenty of cheese and offered to toast the bowl. Nice touch. Got a couple drinks and took it to go.
Took us about 15 minutes to get home. Bowl ingredients were still hot but unfortunately they use a pretty substandard quality bowl for to go orders and the ingredients had almost eaten through it. See photo.
Not sure if this kind of thing was a one off or its a regular happening. If I'm in the area I may try it again but wouldn't make a trip specifically because of fears of a repeat.
Pros: friendly employee, pretty fast, the ingredients they had were fresh. Definitely try the Hot Head Sauce. The dining area looked pretty clean. Plenty of parking.
Cons: not properly prepped with key ingredients for a lunch time period, plesse keep the meat chilled until actually hitting the grill, take more time to clean prep area a little between orders.

The place was a little out of the way to get to, which was fine. We wanted to try something different. Got to the place and no other customers there...little concerning, but we went on in. We went ahead and ordered, but as our food was being made we noticed it was not super clean in the prep area. Then, we paid for our food and on the way out noticed that the whole place wasn't very clean. I ate my 10$ burrito and was not impressed, too many slippery onions on it. My wife couldn't make herself try her bowl, so I did and it tasted as if the meat had been out a while. Not a good first impression. Won't be back

The burrito was decent. The meat was cold. The tables were dirty. The only employee didn't seem very happy to be there. I think it could be better, and I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of food and service for the price.

HUGE portions, great flavor, friendly staff, and good pricing. (Discounts for Military/First responder and Spring Hill ISD)
Will return soon.
Very good alternative to Chipotle and local owned not corporate so give them some support.
I just got a chicken bowl and it smells like a wet dog, along with the brown rice. The veggies are so stringy they are like hair. Spent 20 bucks for this. Never again. They should make sure their chicken is fresh, smells rotten
Won’t let you place an order online and if you call they tell you they can’t take orders over phone
First time trying it and it was soooo good. So flavorful, and filling. Best burrito bowl in town hands down. I did not expect it to be so good. Can't wait to go back. Definitely going to make my keto easier.
