How am I just discovering this hidden gem of a franchise!! First of all, go inside if it’s your first time. Sample the teas and even mix’em up. You also have the option of adding additional sweeteners, lemon, orange peels or even fruits like blueberries and strawberries. You can also order a gallon to take home. This location was very clean and tidy and the staff were mostly helpful. I recommend this location and the Texas chai tea. It’s d-lish!!

I was so disappointed today, hit the drive thru, asked for added sugar and was told they didnt offer sugar… proceeded to order anyway and the cashier was rude, she didnt reach out the window to take my money and gave my change the same way dropping the change on the ground, no apology or acknowledgment and handed the drink off the same way- not even waiting to see if I had a hold on it. No have a nice day or thanks… customer service has always been the reason businesses survive. This one won’t make it if this is the best it’s got.
