My husband and i are regulars. The tea is always great but the customer service is terrible. I always give grace becuase i know people can have bad days but it’s almost every time. They always seem so bothered to have to make tea. I shouldn’t feel bad for ordering tea at a tea place. 😭
How am I just discovering this hidden gem of a franchise!! First of all, go inside if it’s your first time. Sample the teas and even mix’em up. You also have the option of adding additional sweeteners, lemon, orange peels or even fruits like blueberries and strawberries. You can also order a gallon to take home. This location was very clean and tidy and the staff were mostly helpful. I recommend this location and the Texas chai tea. It’s d-lish!!

My favorite is the blue green. My only complaint is recently when I've gone through the drive-thru that act like they can't understand what I'm saying.
