We left before sitting. I took my mother and son here for Sunday breakfast just to have the Hispanics in there sitting all of their family and friends and skipping over me and my family 3 different times. This place is an absolute joke and the fact that management allows such racist and bias actions. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know of the racism that is going on. To anyone that reads this if your black or white don’t expect to be seated until they sit all of their Mexican family and friends first!!

Food was nasty. Staff's attitudes were nasty, like they didn't want to be there. Waste of $40. We left wishing we would've gone elsewhere. There was nothing positive about this visit. Do not recommend.

I went in today with my friend and there was a long line. The red hair hostess said it would be a 15-20 minute wait, I thought, no problem we will wait in the car for 10 minutes. When we went back inside, we sat down and waited. After a couple minutes I asked a different hostess (black hair) how much longer it would be. She said our names were not on there. The hostess (red hair) that took our names came over and stated that they had called our names and since we weren't inside they removed our names from the list. The 2nd hostess asked the 1st one (that said she removed our name) did she get our phone # too when she put our name down. She stated no! We would have stayed but after dealing with a rude hostess (the 2nd one that removed our names) we didn't feel the atmosphere was right for the day we were trying to have. I regret not getting the hostess's name

Before Covid, we were so regular that they knew us when we walked in. So much has changed since then but still great place for breakfast.

Never got our breakfast. Asked if I could substitute toast for pancakes, I was told they didn’t do that on 55+ menu but would do that on the higher priced menu. Don’t understand what difference it makes. Won’t go back to I Hop.

Asked for coffee and the waitress asked if I was ready to order, I stated I would like to drink some coffee first. She asked me at least three more times within five minutes. I never heard from her again. After about thirty minutes I asked for my check from another waitress. I waited another fifteen minutes,and still no check. I got up and paid up front. Worst experience I ever had at IHOP! Don't think I'll be going back.

As a worker in food service i understand that things happen and things can go wrong, but when I ordered a couple weeks ago I was missing hashbrowns and the strawberries and bananas for my strawberry banana pancakes. I called back talked to the manager she wrote it down in the log. Placed an order today called to get that stuff added onto my order checked it before we left obviously not well enough because guess what. I got the strawberries and bananas this time but no hashbrowns, no eggs. That's twice in a row. Should I have checked my order better yes but I figured that since it was the manager I spoke to last time and she looked in the bag as well that everything would be in there.
Honestly just extremely disappointed.

I've been going here over 3 years. I order same thing everytime. spinach omlett with blueberry pancakes and a full orderof blueberry pancakes. this last time . Did not get side order of pancakes and Omlett taste like it had sand in it like mushrooms and spinach was not cleaned. called about it and they basically called me a liar about not getting all my pancakes i paid for. The pancakes. the omlett was so bad that this was first time all 3 of my dogs wouldn't eat it. if this would of been my first time to co.e here , I grantee I'd never be back. but I know it yall have good food over 3 years I've never thru ur food out but I did this time . it was a big waste of $26.28 .
