The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

This is INSIDE CHILI'S! Unfortunately, there are no signs, and I've seen some people say this is a fake business. It is really there. I DoorDash and received an order from here. I was confused due to not seeing any signs and figured I'd go inside CHILI'S and ask. It is an ONLINE ONLY food ordering app operated by CHILI'S. The manager said it's the same food that may be ordered through the CHILI'S app to make it less confusing for customers and delivery drivers.

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.
Picked up order, drive 15 miles home and half the ordered was missing. Called them, they were going to put in another order so it would be fresh when I got there.(I had to tell them to do that and ask for my tip and gas compensation). When I got there I checked to make sure I had two plates of food and drove back home. When I got home, my order was incorrect and the chicken I was given was horrible.

Cold bowl of chili delivered - apparently not even warmed at all. The wrong chicken tenders were brought out and sent back. The warmer bowl of chili was delivered after I spoke to the manager and had finished my burger. I will not be returning to this location. It’s a shame, because I have really enjoyed my lunch at the restaurant in Tyler, Mineola, Sulpher Springs, Highland Village and across the United States.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
