This was pretty rough. My wife and I placed an online order for pickup. I got there 2 minutes after they said it would be ready. After a few minutes in the drive-thru I was finally acknowledged through the speaker to tell them I was picking up an order. Another 10 minutes behind a single vehicle before getting my food. Why not simply bring it outside if it was ready and the person in front placed a large order? Get home 8 minutes later to already cold food. Taco shells that tasted stale. And queso that had the consistency of a memory foam mattress. A staff that apparently doesn’t have the foresight to take care of a customer and food quality that seems to be slipping every time. I loved Jucy’s taco but the last few visits have not been up to par

We were in town on business and super picky eaters when trying something new. The food was absolutely amazing and super fresh. Most definitely the best fajitas we’ve had in awhile not to mention the great service. We will definitely be going back when we’re In Longview or any town they are in!

I ordered a Juicys best taco, but it wasn't the best this time. The taco was made trashy; just thrown together, the shell was cold, the meat didn't look like ground beef that they used to have; the meat was bland & lukewarm at best. I will not be eating from this location anytime soon. All those workers and it took too long to get a taco out.
