Burrito Bowls
The Burrito Bowl is a healthier alternative to the menu items that come inside of a tortilla. It's filling and easy to eat! It comes in a bowl with lettuce, our refried beans, rice, ground beef, pico-de-gallo, black bean corn mix, guacamole, and shredded cheese.
Rice and Bean Burrito
The rice and bean burrito comes on a 10-inch flour tortilla, with our home-made refried beans, rice, shredded cheese, and your choice of mild, spicy, or no sauce inside the burrito.

Plates
Fajita Plate
Our fajitas for one! It comes with your choice of fajita chicken, fajita steak, or a combination, and is served with flour tortillas, rice, beans, bell peppers, and onions. On the side you receive pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
Street Taco Plate
Three of our street tacos. They come with your choice of chicken or steak and are served on soft corn tortillas, with cilantro, onions, 2 slices of lime, our spicy street taco sauce, a grilled jalapeno, rice, and our home-made refried beans.
Quesadilla Plate
Our quesadilla served with our rice and beans. You can choose to have the cheese quesadilla, ground beef quesadilla, fajita chicken quesadilla, or our fajita steak quesadilla. The cheese quesadilla has only cheese inside. The quesadillas with protein have a light amount of chipotle ranch dressing that really sets them apart from any other restaurants.
Enchilada Plate
The enchilada comes on a 6 inch flour tortilla that we roll up with our refried beans and ground beef inside of it. Then, we top it with our mild sauce, and shredded cheese. It is served with our Mexican rice, and home-made refried beans. You can also choose to order it with fajita chicken or fajita steak instead.

Southwest Fajita Salad
Jucys taco's premium fajita salad. It is made with our freshly cut romaine lettuce and spring mix blend. We then put a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese, your choice of fajita chicken or fajita steak, tomatoes, black olives,black beans, corn, bell peppers, onions, homemade guacamole, and three of our tortilla chips for a classic texture. It comes with your choice of homemade salsa, ranch, or our in-house vinaigrette as the dressing on the side.

We were in town on business and super picky eaters when trying something new. The food was absolutely amazing and super fresh. Most definitely the best fajitas we’ve had in awhile not to mention the great service. We will definitely be going back when we’re In Longview or any town they are in!
