As someone who was born and raised in Louisiana, I have been eating crawfish since about 7 years old. While the flavor was more authentic, their process is clearly not. Most of them were not purged which means they don’t take the time to fully purge the crawfish, which will change the flavor and consistency of the meat, no one likes a mouthful of dirt. great food. great customer service. hands down one of the best crawfish places in East Texas. extra spicy, and the crawfish and mushrooms are amazing! it's a bit far for me, but I'll make the drive. hopefully soon they'll get a 3rd location maybe closer to me. wishful thinking but I can wish! lol
Got some crawfish here for my first boil! Really reasonably priced compared to some other places. The crawfish looked healthy and after washing them I had very few dead ones. Make your order online and pick them up…simple. The guys working there friendly. Definitely recommend!
