I called in meds early this morning for needed heart med and had not heard from them by 5:30pm so I went up there and they said the machine kicked out my request because it was denied in Nov. They made not effort to call me or my doctor. This was a heart med which I needed very much. I had a heart attack 3 weeks ago. What made me very unhappy was that they tried to blame it on my doctor which was absolutely untruthful. The mistake was clearly on their part for not at least calling me so and it was very shameful for them to suggest any blame whatsoever on my doctor's part. I really don't appreciate this.

This is the only grocery store in Longview you cannot trust to pick out your groceries for order pick up. Imagine living in a time when food costs are at an all time high and the only way to get free range organic eggs from the grocery store is to pay upwards of $7+ a carton. We are living in that time. Now imagine a worker making a conscious decision to give you a $7+ carton of eggs that expires IN 3 DAYS. Now times this equation by two because it's happened twice. Pair that with moldy top bruised tomatoes and you have yourself a solid staff of individuals that really could care less what you and your family will be eating for dinner. If you have to go to this Kroger, I would strongly encourage you to avoid the Order Pick until the staff decides to be better humans to humanity.

This is October 7, 2013. Sadly I went to Kroger's on Gilmer Rd. in Longview. The checker had to check and bag my groceries. I carried them to my car. Brookshire's has employees to do this. Also, my Kroger brand milk was not closed tightly and milk was in the bag and on my car mat. Looks like it is Brookshire's from now on. Lesson learned.

Absolutely delicious cake I’ve ever had!! Tha cake is super soft and whipped icing is brilliant. I will only order cakes from Kroger cakes!! If you haven’t ordered one try it ASAP they do an amazing job & cake is never left over in my family. Very affordable!

This store has the mist erratic closing hours of any business in Longview. It's posted open until 1am on the website, the door says 12am, then several nights a week they close at 10-11pm. The manager of this store needs to go to business school and learn that regularity, dependability, and communication are keys to loyalty! Change your website, google, and make sure to actually be open when it's posted even if the managers have to run the register

Their Closing time on Google says 1AM. But if you show up here at 11pm they're closed. They won't let you in, and if you try to go in they will try to push you out the door. Very unprofessional. If y'all want to close early every night, the times need to be posted. Otherwise, I'm gonna get my 1 frozen pizza at 11pm. Thanks.

BREAKING NEWS! if you didn't know Kroger is NOT supporting their EMPLOYEES! I will stand with the employees and NOT shop there until they do!!!!!!!!!!!
No one to bag groceries! No one takes your groceries to your car! Just sat in the pharmacy line 6 cars deep while the filled prescriptions smh. It’s ridiculous!

I placed an order for my mom's birthday ? I was so surprised. The baker did an awesome job. The cost was so reasonable. I don't want to leave out the Deli Department. I got exactly what I wanted. Everything was wonderful.

Best meat prices in town, way less per pound than WalMart. I wish this was a better store, definitely needs modernizing. The aisles are very narrow and you feel confined. If it were not for the awesome sales I would bother with this store
