Had a very young man. Wait on me at the register this young man was 15 years old and he knows his stuff. He was polite and on the money. I go back to that one just to have him wait on me. It's proud to see somebody that young working that hard. That's awesome and know his stuff and care

This makes the second time I've ordered online for the pretzel stuffed crust pizza with cheese sauce. It's stuffed crust but about it. I love that pizza an I like it made right an expect to get what I paid for.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. When I walked in, the cashier walked out without saying anything. I waited there for quite a while without being acknowledged or helped. When she finally returned, instead of apologizing for the wait, she gave me attitude and said I was being impatient, telling me I “could wait” and that next time I should order ahead. The whole point of the HOT-N-READY pizza is that it’s supposed to be ready when you walk in. Her tone and lack of customer service were unprofessional, and instead of taking responsibility, she made the interaction unpleasant.

She pleasantly said, “I’ll be right with you ma’am, just give me a second.”
When she came out front, she was very polite and was quick.
I’m old school retail and I appreciate good customer service which is almost non-existent. SHE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!
I hope Little Caesars pays attention to these reviews because Zori C. Deserves to be recognized. She will go far in the business world.
