The Lovely Eatery is indeed Lovely. Now, look, I had the Huevos Rancheros, which I've had at other places, and here it is the best. Certainly they have other foods, other dishes and what I saw looked great. I can't wait to go back and try something else. It is a neat place, small, nestled nicely along hwy 80 in Longview. Folks speak Spanish and English, and are absolutely helpful. Food portions were right for the price, and, again, again my dish tasted amazing! Go by and give it a try.

Goodness, this was surprisingly tasty! Excellent food—we had Pozole Verde and a Machaca breakfast burrito. Thick, homemade chips and salsa too. Service was great and atmosphere was comfortable-quaint. This might be the best Mexican restaurant in East Texas. I can’t wait to try more of the menu!
Edit: Still a very nice staff, but no discount for Vets on Veterans Day is a foul.

it’s telling me my order is more than what the receipt states (had to request for the receipt because it was not going to be given to me anyhow).. i go back in to get my “change” &’ once i get it , there was a comment made in spanish then a laugh . last thing to add , being charged $6.25 for a lemonade …. this will be my last time eating there.
