Just bought a two person orange chicken platter and large fried rice chicken was undercooked still pink. Rice wasnt even warm

First off I will say I’ve tried most Chinese places in Longview and was searching until I found this place. This is my family’s go to spot now! Usually a sweet and sour kind of guy but have been opening my horizon and this place has some amazing other dishes as well! I am not a huge fan of the spring roll in the lunch combos, feels a-little oily and bland would be thrilled to see a crab wanton instead. Service has been super super hit and miss, sometimes it’s amazing other times I feel rushed. There’s one lady that works the drive thru and she’s so amazing each time I’ve went but last time I went the lady wasn’t very friendly. All and all 4/5 stars due to the service but this place will see plenty more of my money to come!

The teriyaki chicken was fire and the chicken eggroll is yummy too.
As always, the food was hot and fresh. We got the lunch entrees and there was enought food for two meals each.

I’ll start by saying the Crab Rangoon is the best I’ve ever had (even though they forget my dipping sauce), but I was disappointed with the Kung pao shrimp and the Szechuan shrimp on two separate occasions — both had zero spiciness and they tasted the exact same like it’s the same dish, and no flavor. Almost like a gravy like sauce so that was a huge disappointment.
