Took over an hour and 30 minutes to receive my food. Sauces were missing, pizza was dry. They were kind, but they need more help. After waiting almost 2 hours for my pizza I didn’t want it anymore.

This is the 3rd time I’ve received my pizzas not cut no sauces for the cheesy bread or spices for the pizza and I’ve asked for plates and napkins and a receipt got nothing I called back up there and was told there was nothing they could do and was hung up on I am done with ur place and the crappiest customer service and I am at a business where I cannot cut this food and the people here didn’t even know bout ur place and I will make sure they won’t order from you all again

Walked in to a very empty store. Watched an employee make a to go order with no gloves on. I walked out because not only is it disgusting but he was very disheveled in appearance and it was a no for me. Never again.

I ordered pizza for a company party and advised I needed the receipt and they sent the wrong receipt. I asked rep to email and they stated they would. I never received. I called the store and a lady was extremely rude,stated I'm not even a shift leader and told me to calm back Friday. I did and same lady left me on hold for ten minutes then came back and said Manager was to busy filling audits. Do not recommend with reps whose tone is not helpful or friendly.

I put in a carry out order online this evening. My order was ready on time, hot, fresh, accurate and the employees were super friendly! My gluten free heart is extra happy with their cauliflower crust, not all GF bread products are edible and IYKYK. ?
Marco pizza is the best! Move here from pa, New York has great Philly cheesesteak sandwiches but Marcos has them beat on pizza. Service was amazing! My father passed away, my autistic adult son tryed to order a pizza but was having trouble with his card and they delivered it to him on the house with their condolences! It was a emotional time for us all and when a company does something like that it shows they put their customers first. I worked here three days. Everything seems done right but. It is so slow it is unreal. No deliverys like they only need one driver period nothing more. It was a depressing work enviorment nice people though working there. Bottom line working here I do not recommend driver wise. Inside is subpar, make sure you talk to all the employees one girl got mad I did not talk to her like bruh I got my own girl.

order was wrong the first time the manager fixed that and prices. today bank showed 60 taken out. So it went from 57.83 to 48.12 and now 60. Can't get anyone to answer phone
