Maria’s Hot Tamales are the best. Service is superb and the food is amazing. I was late to order hot tamales for Christmas and even though they were not taking any more orders, they went ahead and made the 2 dozen I needed for this weekend. Thank you for making this happen. Love this

I love the food here. Yes the corn is sometimes great, sometimes not as good as the last time but it is still good when mixed with the beans which are always great! I love the beef street Tacos. ? I buy 2 plates and eat for a couple of days! Did I say I love Maria's food...yes I am a white person( for the chick who thinks white folks don't know good food)but I was married to a Latino for 20 years and I know about real Mexican food. Keep going Maria you're ? doing great! The tamales have always been great when I have purchased them.

Came here with my husband & tried a little of everything. The tacos de bistek tasted like old meat, the barbacoa was way way too greasy, the tamales tasted as if they were frozen then microwaved & the chicken inside of it was so dry that it looked like strings of hair with barely any salsa verde inside of it. Worst tamales I’ve ever had in my life. Don’t even get me started on the elote… there was no butter or mayo only queso & chile powder. Dry af. Food has absolutely no love at all and is sub par at best. It is what it is but don’t expect any flavor from anything on the menu. Maybe all the white people in that area of town think it’s “good Mexican food” but if you actually know what good food is you’ll see what I’m talking about. Also rude to customers, my husband went back up there to get napkins & she told him “well that’s on you” luckily I wasn’t right there when that happened.
