I was uncomfortable with the service. The male staff member who came to our table was wearing fake long nails which was unnecessary and odd, which raised concerns about hygiene and professionalism. It took away from what should’ve been a relaxed meal.

I have never in my life had a bad experience at McAlister’s, I typically eat here at least once a week! Don’t even get me started on the sweet tea( literally the best drink known to man) you won’t catch me with out a tea pass! And starting this year I will always have a tea on me!!

I usually have a very pleasant experience here but today I sat with an empty cup for a good minute without a refill something I've never had to do even while they're busy and haven't been checked on once I didn't even get my brownie from the start

What kind of chicken Caesar salad is this I have no dressing and barely any chicken this isn't the first time I had ordered this salad and it's been wrong on multiple different occasions (please McAlister's y'all use to have game)
