This was my first time coming here, so I didn’t really know what I wanted. The lady taking our order ( karley) was not helpful and had an attitude the whole time, rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. I asked if the chili was good and she replied “ I don’t know “ with an attitude. She also had an attitude with the rest of my family. Very rude!

Cashier #3 acted like she didn't wanna take my order had to give her eye contact before she ask us we're we ready to order got my order it wrong and wasn't planning to give me my drink had to ask her about it and finally received it the atmosphere wasn't as pleasant as it was last

I order online well over an hour ahead and 4 times they completely forget to make my order. What is the point of having that option if they're gonna make you wait regardless. I have worked food industry and understand but I decided to give up on them. So just a heads up if you want to order ahead, still be prepared to wait smh.

Me and my husband frequently visit the restaurant. The food is always amazing. The assistant manager Jordan is so very nice and professional. He actually gave me husband an order number card with my bother n laws fire department number on it. My husband is a veteran and he always thinks him for his service.
