The staff have gotten too comfortable disrespecting customers. I appreciate that corporate is now investigating.
Worst dining experience ever. Kiosk took chocolate shake orders when shake machine was not working, employees tried to substitute coffee drinks for the children who ordered shakes. Manager had employee refund money, but after shoving a few bills in my hand, they instantly turned their back without offering any alternative, such as soft drinks. After standing ignored for a couple of minutes, we gave the children our drink cups and ate our dine in meal without anything to drink.

McDonald's offers consistently good food with quick service. Despite the busy lines, customers are served promptly. This location on the Northside of town is easy to access. The staff is professional and kind, ready to hand you a Happy Meal. It is a good location but can get busy right at school release time. Customers can use the app on a cellphone to get a free item.
