Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.
i always come to menchies and have came for a while, today i had a bad experience. The girl was on her phone the whole time and we asked her why half the machines weren’t working and she pressed the button on one to turn it on but we waited for 10 minutes and nothing was solved. The machines had frozen yogurt all at the bottom! i’m just not used to this service and i am disappointed!
So…I’m not sure if this is becoming a trend with our local food places but I just checked the times that the store is open here on Google and it says 10pm so I called twice, at 9:30 then at 9:35 to try and find out why my DD order was cancelled and no one answers. I don’t know if the employees are just too lazy to pick up the phone cause they want to go home or if the times shown here are wrong.
