Mi Casita in Longview is hands-down one of the best spots for authentic Mexican food in East Texas. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and beautifully put together — the kind of place that feels like home the moment you walk in.
Ordering is always fast and friendly, and they keep the beer cold and coming. Their breakfast burritos are next level, packed with flavor and made fresh every time. The birria is tender and rich, and the tortas are absolutely out of this world — made with fresh bread delivered daily from a local panadería. You can taste the difference in every bite.
And don’t forget the homemade salsas, each one with its own unique heat and flavor that ties everything together perfectly.
Whether you’re grabbing breakfast, stopping in for lunch, or picking up dinner for the family, Mi Casita delivers every time. Authentic, delicious, and consistently excellent — a must-visit in Longview. 🌮🔥🍻

I think the burrito I got was called the Chuck Norris. It was good.
Mi Casita has okay food, generous portions, and reasonably quick service. My favorite item is the breakfast quesadilla with carne asada (diced taco meat), and their french toast is good too.

Service was ok but the food I ordered was not to my liking. The breakfast burrito had diced up boiled potatoes instead of pan seared or grilled. The quesa birria meat was dry and the consome was not birria flavored. It was very flavorless. The salsas and the unlimited chips was great though. Also, the horchata had more ice than horchata and soo much sediment at the bottom like I got the last of it. Not a great experience overall.

We placed a large catering order and were blown away by the experience! The service was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Everything was ready on time, easy to pick up, and perfectly packed. The food? Absolutely delicious—every single person raved about how good it was! We’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend for any event or group meal!

The biggest complaint i have is how expensive it is. I'd say the rest is pretty great.
