Stopped here Sunday to beat the heat. This was a fun experience and the ice cream was really good! I had the Monkey Bar and I would like to go back for another. The staff were very kind and respectful.

The girl there with black hair wasn’t very friendly and seemed like she didn’t like being there. Another guy there was just laughing loudly away without a care in the world, on his phone. Not very professional.When the girl was rolling the ice cream she was kind of sloppy with it, especially towards the end. Also, I guess there was some leftover chocolate on my supposedly clean spoon from something else…. For $7 for basic vanilla rolled ice cream, rude employees, just not worth it to me. Before she did it, I gave them a $4 tip, but should have taken it back tbh. She wasn’t appreciative, and I told her to have a good day and she said nothing back. I’m almost betting this is the same girl that posted a video of another woman in the Longview group I’m also in and was being rude to and ended up deleting it because everyone pointed out she was in the wrong.It was my first time here and my last. Find better people with better attitudes.
