Food is always great! They have good friendly service and give ample servings. Love their salads, I visit every time I come to town. Wish we had a Newk’s in Denton, Tx! Maybe someday.

Had a delicious dinner with my spouse and enjoyed really good tea. Putting mushrooms on my pizza was great. The greek salad was exceptionally delicious.

Had a wonderful experience as a to go order for my family but a young gentleman named Jay. He was friendly, accommodating, so sweet and absolutely friendly!!! We came in around 8 and our food only took a short amount a time with the upmost care!! He was very sweet and i asked him his name and kindly introduced himself (as he reminded me of my son) and i let him know i appreciated his customer service! Jay is a keep and his red fresh braids were on point!!! Will def be back to see him and the fresh food!! Yall go by there and say hello!!! You will see what my family saw this evening!!

The wait was too long. (30 minutes and only had ten minutes left to gobble our food before heading to a Dr. appointment) But the food was really good. We went back after the appointment for cake that tasted like it was definitely made from scratch. Yummy!

We normally eat at the Newks in West Monroe La and love it. The place is always clean and the food is fresh. The service is great. We were so disappointed when we stopped at the one in Longview Texas. It's wasn't clean and they had just opened. We were the first customers to come in and the first table we stopped at was dirty. They were cleaning the bathroom and the floor and toilet was all wet! It was very slippery. I'm used to Newks having pickles and different things for your salad or sandwich with the bread sticks and this one didn't have anything. We had to ask for the pickles. The salad wasn't that fresh and it didn't have much meat in it. We ordered the chef salad. The service was just ok. The cashier wasn't very friendly and didn't say thank you. She just walked away but the server was friendly. We will never stop at this location again

For what it seeks to be, for what it presents itself to be, Newk’s locations in general and this location in particular are great. My favorites are the salads (take your pick) and the soups (again, take your pick). My son likes the pizza. The service is quick, but the menu and the quality are not what I think of as “fast food.” When we want good food swiftly, Newk’s comes to mind, and we are satisfied regularly.
