I have never had one issue when coming to this business. My drink is always amazing the service is great. We always have great conversations when I go get my energy tea. It’s nice to be able to walk in and she knows my order. I end up talking for a while when I go in it’s something I look forward to.

I’ve been here twice. First time I sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. They never did. So I had to go in. Unprofessional, but not a big deal, whatever.This second time, I went back through the drive through, sat there for a while, before pulling up to the window and seeing a “Drive Through Closed. Please come in”. Not at the speaker, where I hd already sat and waited. At the window. Where someone would go AFTER waiting at the speaker. Lacking common sense, but again, fine whatever. So I go in. Only I don’t because the doors locked. There’s an employee inside, she sees me. It’s only 4:30, they’re supposedly open til 5. I have no tolerance for businesses that don’t think it’s important to actually be open their posted hours. if I google you and see that you’re open and drive across town, you damn well better be open.I use the term “business” very loosely as this is really just an Herbalife store.Very unprofessional. The replies to these reviews are equally unprofessional. This place won’t be open in a year.

Very rude might get charged twice for two different amount and don’t want to give u a refund when u tell them bout it also turn it around and be mad at u for saying u want ur money bk. By the way this is her sister not her and it seems as if you are a rude person from all the other reviews.

Wanted to check the reviews on this place before trying it… owner seems to be extremely rude to guests that are dissatisfied with their service. As a manager myself, I know better than to worsen someone’s experience, especially if I want them to return.

I love Herbalife products and use them every single day, I love the drinks and products. But it's not a good look when you're rude to someone who constantly buys from your business. I'm a distributor as well and I would never treat anyone like that. I sent someone to try out the tea and they were there after opening hours this morning (you weren't) And you rudely asked them what they wanted when you got there late. Clearly they were there to purchase a tea. You told them it would be 20 minutes before you could even help them, after they already had been waiting. That isn't the issue, it's the being rude multiple times. Lost a returning customer for sure.

I have been here several times. Teas are great! Staff is friendly. For example, I came in 5 minutes before they closed (I know, I know how dare I?) and the staff was very friendly regardless!

Owner treats staff disgustingly. Not the way to treat a young employee and it’s NEVER okay to curse at them no matter the mistake on the 3rd day of working!! Please do not put money into the pocket of a person like this.
