The food was awesome, just like always. But the service? ...not so good. I waited forever for a server, then forever for my drink, then forever for my salad. Lunch finally came, I ate, and then I waited and waited for the check. Finally, I left. The table looked a bit junky with the finished dishes.
Alison was our waitress and was over the top helpful and patient with my aging indecisive sweet mother. Her knowledge of the menu and suggested entrees made our Olive Garden experience memorable.
Went with a party of 6. I got the tour of Italy. Food was excellent. Waitress was nice and attentive as well as the manager who was just slightly overbearing. We didn't need the waitress AND the manager checking on us several times, especially when the waitress was very sweet and did wonderful. Context, she stopped by to ask if we needed drink refills, left to get them and right after she left, the manager came and asked if we needed refills. Other than that, everything was...
