There was hair in my food and when I called to let them know all I was told was they could do a “quality guarantee” that the next order I placed & PAID for wouldn’t have hair it. No offer to remake the pizza, refund the pizza, or any kind of help whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting and will not ever go back.
I called at 9:45 to place an order for pick up and the girl, who was very rude, told me they were closed. I said that the store hours says you are open until 11 p.m. and she let me know that she didn't care, they were closed. BOYCOTT PAPA JOHN'S ON THE LOOP IN LONGVIEW, TX
