I’m guessing no one at this location can read. Just picked up pizza, got home and none of it is correct. Ordered both pizzas well done and they are soggy as all get out. Also 1 of the pizzas was to have no onions and guess what it’s got onions which my family member is allergic to. Thanks Papa John’s for selling me total crap!

I don’t believe there’s such thing as bad pizza. But this gets pretty dang close. The flavor was off. Pretty sure the it could have used a couple more minutes in the oven. Not to mention the fact that the pizza wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after the promised time. Easily the worst pizza I’ve ever had, left me and my family feeling sick to our stomach. Would take a $6 hot n ready over this any day.

They don’t answer their phone. Tried calling many times to modify my order and no answer. Customer service tried transferring twice and still drops the call. It’s a shame too, because I like their pizza

I have been calling papa John's to speak to manager since my order was delivered the pizza was not fully done and the wings barely even had any sauce. How is this acceptable this the worst order I have received and most likely my last the delivery guy is always great normally I check my order before he leaves but due to the weather I trusted it would be okay the bottom of the pizza isn't even brown and took longer than usual please work on your phone system bc I had no Intention of leaving a review but I had no choice since I couldn't get connected to a manager
Stood at counter for 10 minutes. 2 employee working, 1 made eye contact with me 3 times, but never acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Order placed online & not started until after I arrived. I always have long waits at this location.

Got that shaqqaroni pizza or whatever it's called. Anyway. I ate all for supper and breakfast the next day bc I'm a fat piggy boy. Thanks Papa John's. Dad bod mode supreme. Only downside and why I'm not giving the 5 stars, is bc how I was greeted when I walked in. Just a guy making pizza, looked at me several times for a good 3 minutes. Then finally comes up and asks how may I help you. It's his world, we are just eating his pizza.

Had a pretty nasty 🤢 experience at this Papa John’s . Picked up a pizza for lunch today and found two long hairs in our pizzas 🍕 When I returned it, I asked if hair nets are required for the cooks and they said “No, but our hair is pulled back". However, the young lady's hair was not pulled back. Hair was coming out of her ponytail 😬 I’m not one to complain or write bad reviews but this one was unpleasant. I do not want this to happen to anyone else . My husband ate 2 slices and both had long hairs in them. Please 🙏 don’t let this happen to anyone else. Just wear your hair nets.
