Had an appointment at 4:00, walked up to the counter at 3:45 soaked from rain and the guy behind the counter was on his phone texting and I stood there for a few minutes until he was done because customer service is apparently not as important, and he finally looked at me, No may I help you, No courtesy at all, so I tell him I want a black coffee and he asked me what size so I tell him a large, I didn't realize it was Starbucks coffee or I wouldn't have ordered any cuz it's too expensive. I asked him is it good coffee (I still didn't know it was Starbucks) and he gives me a big shrug and a hands in the air like hell if I know lady so I order it and then it's almost 5 bucks for coffee which is too ch for plain old Coffee buI paid it WITH NO TIP and I walk awayto get to my appointment and then it was freaking cold! Horrible, absolutely horrible. This place says they close at 5:00 and I came back down at 20 minutes till and it was locked up tight and it's probably just as well as bad as the service was.

SICU staff is horrible. No one ever came and gave us an update on my grandmother's condition until she was about to pass away. We had to hunt down a nurse to give her medication, ice or answer any questions we may of had. After her pace maker was put in, her doctor didn't even come speak to the family- he didn't do this before the surgery either. I would not recommend ANY one going to this hospital.

Nice little cafe. Limited seating and food selection. The employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful. She could have used help to maintain the few tables and display areas. If this review was helpful, please "like" it.
