We went in around lunch time and there was a dead fly in my drink. Not close to the bottom either lik it was stuck inside the cup. But my husband and I decided to just get a new drink and try the food anyway. The lady that served us was ok but she charged my card $12.23 over what my bills was and I left a cash tip. I don't understand why they did this and it's unacceptable! I don't recommend the seafood combination pho just do to the fact that they used imitation meat and it had a weird texture but after I weeded through that the base and everything else was great.

I came on a Saturday at 7:08 PM, but despite the open sign and the door still being open, the adult man inside informed me that the store was closed. It appeared that the same gentleman on the previous review provided and undesirable customer service to prior customers.

We arrived at approximately 7:20. The older man who took our order was clearly in a hurry and quite rude. We placed our order ‘to go’ and drove around to the tak out window. When I asked for water he told me “we don’t have no cups.” I paid almost $35 for 2 bowls of soup and ride service. The food was good.

The table I sat at was sticky and the wall beside me was spattered with food. The sauce on the table had dried bits clogging the openings. I ate but was fairly grossed out.

Honestly this place has amazing food. I was really shocked and didn't expect it to be as good as it was. The service was horrible. I'm not sure if it was the owner at the register at around 1pm, but whether it was or not he was not very helpful at all. He wasn't necessarily rude per say, but he had a very unpleasant attitude that customers should never have to deal with. We got our food a little before closing and I asked for napkins and I wanted to be sure that we got some soy sauce. He rudely tells me that he put plenty in the bag and so we said thank you and walked out the door and they immediately locked the door behind us with at least 15-20 minutes left until closing time. We were going to eat in the parking lot since they were closing and when we opened the bag and saw there was no soy sauce or napkins only one pair of chopsticks and one plastic spoon. I tried to use the spoon and the edges of it were so sharp that it sliced my lip open causing me to bleed. We knocked on the door to ask for some soy sauce and napkins but not one person would come to the door. Needless to say the food is amazing and I highly recommend everyone try it, but just know you might have to deal with a very unpleasant customer service experience.

Every single bite I was humming and dancing. The flavors were so smooth and delicious, I got the P13 Beef with lemon grass soup, added an egg. Yum!! Hands down best I’ve ever had. The amount of food given was perfect. We also had the A2: beef egg rolls. Small portion but they were good. Service was great, only downside is that it was a little toasty in there due to maybe AC not working but I didn’t notice much once I had our food in front of us.
