I ordered online for delivery.. the food was hot but the crust was soggy. You couldn't even get it out of the box without utensils. It was terrible. None of the other ratings apply.

Got entire Order Wrong. Waited there for PU. Asked for unsweet tea with some sweet n low pkts. Got sweet tea...diabetic, went back in girl had an attitude said I thought you wanted sweet cause you wanted sweet n low...???? Ordered reg crust said sorry I made stuffed crust cause I was so busy. Mind you haven't had take out Pizza in 2 years. Now I remember why

Great service! We ordered for our Band feeding over 200 kids and they were super accommodating and worked with us to get the pizza delivered. I've dealt with a lot of pizza places and Morgan and her team are by far the best and easiest I've ever worked with.

I recently got my veggie pizza here. It was delicious. They have made the pizza according to my instructions. It is really good.
Definitely not somewhere you want to take your family. Service is trash, the kitchen vapes and does drugs in the back while in the kitchen working, I found an unknown pill in my marinara sauce, and the manager frequently takes “breaks” to go drink across the street. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I've ordered my last pizza from the Gilmer Rd Pizza. Ordered personal pan supreme with everything including green and black olives. Got home with pizza and nothing but olives & cheese, no meat, no onions, no peppers, only the olives/cheese. Called before going back and they waited till I got there to even make me another one. I thought with all the inconvenience they would have at least had it ready before I got there. Waited 30 minutes on one personal pan replacement pizza. You're minus this customer Pizza Hut.

I would give the restaurant itself a 5 but I had to deduct for the parking lot. A 5 coming from me is amazing because there was a time I swore I would never eat there again. The food is good, they have great deals online and they are super fast when you order and pick it up. Not only that, but it is one of the few drive thru establishments in Longview that has polite and helpful employees at the take out window. All employees could be the same but I'm only speaking from my experiences there. They sure changed my opinion if that location. Way to go!
Parking: Lots of parking spaces open. I think people generally use the drive thru. I just wish that they would fix the rough parking lot. It doesn't stop me from going though.
