1 star is too much. Reggie is a sorry excuse for a manager. He literally just let one of his workers use profanity towards me!

Never can get good food or service at this location on 80. The Gilmer rd location is 100% better.
Sit in line for 20 min on lunch break happends to me everytime.
This Popeyes is getting worse and worst. Sat in the drive through line with a car in front of me. It took them at least 10 minutes to tell the customer to come around to the window to place her order. Then I sat at the window for about 15 minutes. No one even came to the intercom. So I drove around to the window. Took another 5 or more minutes to acknowledge I was at the window. At least three cars left the lot without ordering. I don't know who owns this restaurant but something needs to be done. I'm reading these other reviews and they are complaining about the same thing.

Poor customer service came at 8 lobby was lock sat at the drive thru for about 15 minutes Just to be told they were closed at 8. On the sign and website says close at 11

Worst place to order in the city!! Takes forever for them to come to the intercom. And keep you on wait, until you drive off. Always short staffed..and dining area is always closed for lunch. Church’s would never! Shut this place down! Ownership needs to sell!!

Rude, from the very start. I sat at the drive thru for 13 minutes and said hello several times, and no one answered. Pulled up to the window, and the lady acted as if I was putting her out. No hello, no smile, no nothing!!! Never even a thank you. This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN.
I placed an order in the Popeyes app. I arrived in time for my order and the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door or anything. I go to the drive thru and someone answers and tells me they are closed, this is at 12:05 pm, and that they'd maybe open in 30 minutes. I asked about what to do about getting my money back on the app and they said to contact support.

Literally sat in the drive through with only two other cars for 30 minutes before getting our order taken. Ridiculous. I love popeyes and their food but for a drive through that wait was just crazy.

Rip off the reviews says it all didn't read bfor ordering through doordash was out nearby $40 with doordash tip and food only ordered four items and two items was not in the bag really at this point probably done on purpose...

probably the biggest joke of a restaurant. the franchise owners don’t even care, and will just give you a little automated response. invest in your workers and your reviews would be better.
