The customer service is horrible I waited to order my food for 35 minutes for no explanation whatsoever and waited for the food for extra 25 minutes. Unacceptable just really disappointed honestly don’t recommend going to this Popeyes in GILMER road.

Both restaurants here in Longview are poorly managed and dirty. Yesterday we couldn't even get waited on at the one on 80, after 10 minutes of standing at the register being ignored, we walked out and went to Gilmer Rd. Gilmer Rd wouldn't even take our order at the speaker we were told to place our order at the window and then they were rude. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO TO POPEYES.

I came there at 10 pm , store closed at 11. They told me to pull to window and order .I pulled to the window and they all set there on their phones for 15 minutes before taking my order

Laziest people ever I ordered the 3 tender meanl and it took over a hour never go here unless you want to wait forever and plus they never answer the drive thru DO NOT GO

Very sweet Ladies.i Love thier popcorn shrimp.and thier biscuits.but those apple pies,omg i,m so happy if I just get one of those.Love Popeyes drive 20 miles just to get me some of my favorites. And those sweet Ladies they seem to know me and just what I want.ooh and they have great frozen strawberries Leamonade.delicious.

The sweetest ladies work here! I haven’t been here in very long time due to the rude customer service. Tonight my husband wanted to have some red beans & rice so here we are.. We received the best customer service and it was very nice to hear the ladies interact with great respect for each other.

Went to pickup an order for Doordash and the employee intentionally closed and locked the door as I drove up. This was at 7pm, long before the lobby closed. Had to drive all the way around to the drive thru where NOBODY was answering. Eventually drove up to the window where we watched the employee laugh and talk with another employee in front of me while I waited for 10 minutes, JUST TO PICK UP A DOORDASH ORDER. Hire better employees, this place is crap.
Popeyes on Gilmer Rd in Longview Texas. Is with out a doubt the Best Popeyes around Joyce Jackson and Mr Jay are some of the Friendly’s people I have EVER MET. I must say this place was well worth the 20 minute out of the way drive.

They take entirely way too long! I placed a MOBILE order 45 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. Update: 1 hour, still waiting. I hate that I like their wings otherwise I would leave lol
