This is what I was handed today, a disgusting mess. Used to be my favorite place, but Quenchies is going downhill. Ice is in chunks and is packed down to where it's no longer the signature fluff it used to be. The cream I paid extra for was non-existent. Girl at window never smiled, didn't speak other than to take my order. When I said this is a mess, she shrugged her shoulders. Not worth the money anymore, nor is trying to figure out when they will be open. It's a roll of the dice.

This use to be my favorite snow cone establishment. They are going down hill. I have went twice and both times I have been overcharged!! I asked for 3 $2 kid snow cones how did my total come out to $8.50 ? This is the second time I have been overcharged and heard from different people they have had the same problem! You ask for extra juice, they don’t even bother giving you extra juice. What’s the point of charging someone. Also by looking at the other reviews customers have had issues with their horrible attitudes as well. 0 stars if I could !

I really wanted a good snow cone. I got dill pickle and it looked like two spheres of ice stacks on one another. Most of it fell in my truck. I was a little disappointed but will try again sometime.

Shaved ice, more like chopped ice. Hard as heck.
2 young girls there, seemed irritated to be working. Presentation was poor, no color to it, didn’t put sweet cream and then had an attitude and put a pinch of it somewhere in there.
First time and definitely LAST time, considered taking my tip back but I’m a cheerful giver.
Just threw it in the trash at the Zippy down the street 0/5 stars…so disappointing
Snow cones are so great my favorite snow cone place, but the hours online are wrong. I’m tired of craving their snowcone and looking online to see if their open and it says they are and coming and they are in closed

awesome. more staff move the lines a little faster. Great menu and location. wished they used the shaved ice over the crunchy type ice
