My fiancé and I stopped through on our way back home to Louisiana and there wasn’t no cars in line. We drove up and was acknowledged right away. The girl that took my order was sweet and kind and took care of us right away. Only thing I didn’t like was the ice was pretty hard on top but other than that it was okay. I’m used to that soft shaved ice in Louisiana. I’ll be returning due to it wasn’t soo bad.

Best snowcones in town. Only had a problem once. We drove from hallsville because it said they were open. We, and another car drove up at 5:45 and the girl closed the blinds at the window and walked out, locked up and drove off with her snowcone. ??

This was a big mistake and a waist of money. You couldn't taste the tiger blood due to all the cream that was in it. I normally don't give bad reviews but I won't go back. We had to pour 3 out.

The amount of times I come to this establishment and it's closed! I mean this has got to be the 12th time since April 1st that it has closed early or just wasn't open. Why even have hours? Twice it was weather, a few time it was the credit card machine and this week it was no ice. Didn't find out until we got there. I mean, Come on.If you can get there when it's open... at least a few times they taken so long it's a slushie not a snow cone. Other then that they are great.... But don't go out of your way to make a trip... like I have done several times. So frustrating.

Horrible service ! Waited for 30mins just to get to the window and be told “we close at 5 and the car infront was the last person/ car”. Someone could have easily came out & notify us, instead of making us wait. Don’t waist your time.
