This use to be my favorite snow cone establishment. They are going down hill. I have went twice and both times I have been overcharged!! I asked for 3 $2 kid snow cones how did my total come out to $8.50 ? This is the second time I have been overcharged and heard from different people they have had the same problem! You ask for extra juice, they don’t even bother giving you extra juice. What’s the point of charging someone. Also by looking at the other reviews customers have had issues with their horrible attitudes as well. 0 stars if I could !

I really wanted a good snow cone. I got dill pickle and it looked like two spheres of ice stacks on one another. Most of it fell in my truck. I was a little disappointed but will try again sometime.

2 young girls there, seemed irritated to be working. Presentation was poor, no color to it, didn’t put sweet cream and then had an attitude and put a pinch of it somewhere in there.
First time and definitely LAST time, considered taking my tip back but I’m a cheerful giver.
Just threw it in the trash at the Zippy down the street 0/5 stars…so disappointing

awesome. more staff move the lines a little faster. Great menu and location. wished they used the shaved ice over the crunchy type ice

My fiancé and I stopped through on our way back home to Louisiana and there wasn’t no cars in line. We drove up and was acknowledged right away. The girl that took my order was sweet and kind and took care of us right away. Only thing I didn’t like was the ice was pretty hard on top but other than that it was okay. I’m used to that soft shaved ice in Louisiana. I’ll be returning due to it wasn’t soo bad.

Best snowcones in town. Only had a problem once. We drove from hallsville because it said they were open. We, and another car drove up at 5:45 and the girl closed the blinds at the window and walked out, locked up and drove off with her snowcone. ??
