Ordered mozarella sticks for appetizers, never got it. Meal came with Cole slaw and my waitress asked if I wanted it before or with my meal, never got it. Had an empty glass when my food came and after I was done eating she asked if I wanted a refill lol. My wife’s pasta tasted like it was mixed with dirty dish water. If my waitress wonders why you got zero tip? Work on your service. Will never be back.

Let me start by saying our food was delicious. However, we arrived at 6:40 to be seated. Ordered drinks right away. It took approximately 1 hour for us to order our food, which the server made an excuse about the kitchen being backed up even though we hadn’t ordered yet. My husband also had to go get our refills and silverware himself after the server never returned with either. Now it is 8:30. My husband asked to speak to a manager and he is still waiting. I had to bring our three year old out to the car because he couldn’t handle sitting that long anymore. This is unacceptable and frankly disappointing on account for the food being good.

Delicious experience again with Ms. Robin, she always goes out of her way to take care of and make each table feel appreciated .Ms. Laura the GM also followed up to ensure best visit possible takes place.. keep up the great service, and of course the food was great!

I always have a great experience at Red Lobster. A friend invited me out and we had a blast!
Horrible....I had a feeling not to go in when I got there and there weren't more customers than I could count on 1 hand... The only biscuits I got were cold, I'm almost certain neither of the 2 lobster tails I ordered were completely done, you could clearly hear all trash talk coming from the kitchen, which automatically discouraged me from sending anything back but, the server was proud to let me know it was her 2nd day, and the bartender cannot fix drinks properly. Worst experience ever. And it was only 3 pm

The food and restaurant were perfect, but our server, Jason, was stellar! He deserves a raise!
We had an awesome waitress by the name of Jaye. If you haven't been to RED Lobster in the past year or 2, you ABSOLUTELY have to give them another chance! The Calamari was great crispy batter..the fried, scampi, and the new sea salt shrimp were soo damn good! The biscuits are back to being GREAT AGAIN! Last but not least, the service was freaking outstanding! WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!!!
