Service was good. Asked for a booth and was told none avaliable in our area. Really? 3 booths were open. So we sat in the middle of the room with traffic all around us. Ordered clam chowder was good BUT the cup was flat more like a flan dish. It was only 1/3 full for $6!! Get the shrimp dish horrible. My buddy got surf and turf ordered medium came well done. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER RED LOBSTER AGAIN HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!

Our waiter was Jim he gave us Excellent service it was my grandson’s first time he loved the grilled shrimp over rice. He can’t wait to go back
My Aunt and I went to the Longview Red Lobster. That had to be the worst service I’ve ever had. The waitress was rude very unprofessional. Even after waiting for an hour to get seated. To make it even worse I was told the tools to crack the crabs ? was in the dishwasher so I had to get in them the best I could. We waited an hour just to get our food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They didn’t seem to care.

Got my order wrong twice. Ordered baked white fish with loaded potato. No sour cream. Got fried fish. When I got my food the baked white fish was not a nice peice of fish, but 3 tiny tail peices less than 1/4 in thick and 2 inches long swimming in butter.Yes it was white and it was ? but that's all. The Cesar salad was one big glob with a thick coating of salad dressing. I ordered a loaded baked potato with no sour cream. Got a potato with only sour cream and butter.Was not good, potato ?? Cold

We visited the Red Lobster in Longview last Saturday for lunch. The service was excellent I guess because the place was almost empty.When we got the menus we were shocked to discover they had new menus with prices that seemed to us to be 20% higher in places. They no longer offer many of my favorites like fried or baked flounder and popcorn shrimp. Most of the seafood platters they used to offer are no longer on the menu. I ordered the fish and chips which was a small portion of cod and was not very good. RL used to be a good value. I do not think they are any longer. We probably will not be back
