When might you open back up? I miss being able to eat there and want it back!! This will be the 2nd year I've missed my birthday burger in April. I love the food there and the desserts are wonderful!

The waiter should look for a new career ..order was incorrect, when I said something about it he responded with "I didn't get the memo"....failed to bring fries as appetizer, screwed up both orders, manager apologized offered to replace the food, failed to follow up... one of our orders was to have 2 patties....got 1...really bad experience! Don't waste your time.

My girlfriend and I went here for lunch and have wanted to try this place for awhile. I had the Haystack double burger, my girlfriend had the Madlove burger. As we put in our order that's when the fun begins. Our server takes our order and repeats it back and its wrong. So we give it to him again. The only thing special was my girlfriend asked for no lettuce, tomatoes and onions on hers. He repeated this all back us a second time and asks us if we wanted fries while we wait (they are supposed to be famous for this). We said sure we'll fries. Yup no fries. Here comes the food my girlfriend burger is loaded, she she's to the server and said I ordered no veggies. His response was SORRY I DIDNT GET THE MEMO, so she starts pulling off what she didn't want and here comes the manager, he asks if he could make her another burger. No the burgers not the problem. So off he goes but says I'll check back with you in few minutes. So by this time I check my burger, my orders wrong! My double burger turned into a single. But by this time the manager and server have turned into magicians and disappeared. So we ate what we got and the food was good. Once done eating, the server shows up and says any one want more fries. Really! Check please. I usually tip at 25% to 30%. This is the first time I left nothing. We well never go back to this place again.
This was the first time here and the first time at a RR in about 10 years. Came in for a late lunch or early supper and was promptly waited on. Our orders were correct, fast and a nice presentation, but the most important was the taste. My MadLove burger was a flavor explosion all the way thru. My garlic butter fries with cheese was very good also. My wife was really impressed with her wedge lettuce burger and she had sweet potato fries then the zucchini fries. Service was fast, friendly and efficient.

Only choices was veggie burger & impossible burger. I chose the veggie burger because it's impossible for me to eat the impossible burger. Our waitress smells like an ashtray. Food was decent, service seemed slow for it not being crowded.

I went to Red Robin because we heard the food was very good. I ordered a hamburger because I don't eat cheese because of my allergies but they still charge you for the cheese. I really think that's unfair that they would charge you for that I would not eat there again and I would not recommend Red Robin
