Double smash burger for me and the wife was an excellent choice. She got hers on gluten free bread and enjoyed it.

First time here to have breakfast with a friend from out of town. Great food, plays Christian music and way faster than a big chain breakfast restaurant.

This is the second time we received our food cold. It's funny but we are asked for a tip at the time of payment. How can we tip before we receive our food and give an accurate amount based on service, food quality and atmosphere? We will not be returning.

It was very disappointing visit. We have gone to other Roost locations and always have had fast and responsive service especially in Tyler but this location had none of that. We did not get our food. We canceled it after 30 min of waiting. I cannot blame the staff for this failed visit. Its clearly a leadership issue. No communication, no organization. The staff was completely overwhelmed and completely flustered. I could see food quality dropping just by waiting along with 7 to 10 other customers. After waiting 30 min I asked for our order status and was informed they were having system issues and that our food would be out in 40 minutes. After already waiting 30 min. This place is good but not that good, made the call to leave immediately after that. Do better Roost, provide your staff with the proper support.

Worst Roost experience since the restaurant opened. Pancakes were thin and a little burnt. Food was cool, not even warm. Not sure if the pan sausages were really meat, dry and were about the size of a silver dollar. Extra bacon was $3.49 for two small slices. Music was very loud and had to ask the cashier if it could be turned down. Usually the manger comes around to ask about our dining experience…never saw one.
